Transcriptome analysis of anti-fatty liver action by Campari tomato using a zebrafish diet-induced obesity model.

Today, we have published our new article about food evaluation using diet-induced obesity model of zebrafish (DIO-zebrafish), "Transcriptome analysis of anti-fatty liver action by Campari tomato using a zebrafish diet-induced obesity model." in Nutrition & Metabolism.


I wrote almost all in this article and joined as equally-contributed author.
Now we're conducting another screening studies with this DIO-zebrafish with chemicals and natural components. We're in preparation for the next article with the combination of DIO-zebrafish (in vivo) and human cells (in vitro).
